BHS Student Officers

Student officers are an important part of the unity felt at BHS.

We strive to create opportunities for students to feel connected to

their school community.

 

To Be a Student Officer next year, you must meet the following criteria:

 

• You MUST attend the mandatory meeting in the spring (usually the end of March or beginning of April.)

• You need to have 6 full credit classes each term during the 2019-2020 school year

  • (Seminary and Home release do not count as credit classes). 

• You need a 3.0 GPA each and every term during this school year (18-19) and you must maintain this GPA once elected/selected.

• You may only have ONLY one U on your report card this year (18-19) and it must be cleared! All U’s prior to this school year must be cleared as well.  Once elected no U's are allowed.

• You MUST be able to attend the USULC training from June 10 - 13, 2019 and be available the two weeks before school starts (Aug. 12-beginning of school year. No exceptions!

• The election meetings are:

• March 19, 2019 @3:15 in room 400 for SBO Elected Positions (must be a senior next year).

• April 8, 2019 @2:35 for Appointed positions (Publicity, Artist/Historian, Graphic Artist (senior next year)and junior tech and all senior and junior class officers.
